Job Description

PURPOSE

To define, deliver and support business and systems processes and specifications as required.

Responsibilities

  • To investigate, analyse and evaluate business and systems processes.
  • Represent concepts, processes, data and technology infrastructure using structured modelling techniques and tools.
  • Identify and analyse enhancements to systems and infrastructure.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and implement identified solutions.
  • Co-ordinate development of system components
  • Liaise between projects and sub-projects.
  • Adhere to defined processes to ensure effective delivery of tasks.
  • To design and perform integration tests.
  • Assist in ensuring the sustainability of the area.

COMPETENCY

  • 3-year IT qualification
  • Approximately 3 years’ experience in System analysis and design including documentation essential.
  • Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and related processes
  • Analytical skills are a requirement.
  • Ability to work with ARIS or other process modelling tools and techniques.
  • Must have a background in programming preferably VB/Java/C# or SQL
