Job Overview:
Tando Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly driven and innovative Marketing and Sales Executive to lead the growth of our hosting services and Software as a Service (SaaS) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, developing strategic sales plans, and driving customer acquisition.

Event and Ticket Management Platform

Prepaid Services and Bills Payment System (electricity, airtime, DStv, etc.)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, understands digital trends, and can convert ideas into impactful strategies that lead to tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and offline channels for both hosting and SaaS offerings.

Create engaging content, digital campaigns, visuals, and promotional assets that resonate with different customer segments.

Manage and optimize social media presence, email marketing, website content, SEO, and paid advertising.

Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement.

Position our SaaS products with clear messaging around their features, benefits, and use cases.
Sales:

Design and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base for hosting and SaaS products.

Generate and qualify leads, conduct demos, and close deals.

Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM recordkeeping.

Build lasting relationships with clients through consultative selling and excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the product team to align marketing and sales efforts with product development and client needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing and sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or related sectors.

Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM platforms.

Skilled in content creation, visual design (using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar), and storytelling.

Solid experience with sales pipelines, lead generation, and closing deals.

Creative thinker with strong strategic planning and execution skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and the South African digital market.

Understanding of SaaS models and technical features of products like CRMs or billing platforms.
