Job Overview:

Tando Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly driven and innovative Marketing and Sales Executive to lead the growth of our hosting services and Software as a Service (SaaS) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, developing strategic sales plans, and driving customer acquisition.

Our SaaS product portfolio includes:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

  • Event and Ticket Management Platform

  • Prepaid Services and Bills Payment System (electricity, airtime, DStv, etc.)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, understands digital trends, and can convert ideas into impactful strategies that lead to tangible results.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and offline channels for both hosting and SaaS offerings.

  • Create engaging content, digital campaigns, visuals, and promotional assets that resonate with different customer segments.

  • Manage and optimize social media presence, email marketing, website content, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement.

  • Position our SaaS products with clear messaging around their features, benefits, and use cases.

Sales:

  • Design and execute a sales strategy to grow our customer base for hosting and SaaS products.

  • Generate and qualify leads, conduct demos, and close deals.

  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM recordkeeping.

  • Build lasting relationships with clients through consultative selling and excellent customer service.

  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketing and sales efforts with product development and client needs.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing and sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, or related sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM platforms.

  • Skilled in content creation, visual design (using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar), and storytelling.

  • Solid experience with sales pipelines, lead generation, and closing deals.

  • Creative thinker with strong strategic planning and execution skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and the South African digital market.

  • Understanding of SaaS models and technical features of products like CRMs or billing platforms.
